The heart of the line is the OMNYA EVO 250 vertical packaging machine, capable of operating at high speeds, producing up to 110-120 pillow packs per minute for 120 g bags. For those needing to package soft candies in block-bottom bags, the line offers the possibility of reaching speeds of up to 75-80 packs per minute for 150 g bags without fin fold device and 55-60 packs per minute with fin fold device.
A distinctive feature of the line is the CK16ST-DP-2 multi-head weigher, which ensures maximum accuracy in dosing the candies, which are notoriously sticky and difficult to handle.
This weigher is designed to guarantee a constant and precise flow of product, optimizing production times and minimizing waste.

- 300 g block-bottom bags with clip and tie, ideal for products that require an elegant presentation.
The ability to quickly change packaging formats and the presence of an automatic horizontal film roll change system allows the line to continue operating without interruptions, thus increasing productivity and reducing downtime.
