Our Solution
The VPB 330 vertical packaging machine is designed to optimize the packaging process, ensuring efficiency, operational flexibility and long-term reliability.
Thanks to its configuration, it can achieve:
- up to 35-40 bags per minute for standard 250 g block bottom bags;
- up to 15-18 bags per minute for 250 g block bottom bags with header card application.
Header card applicator
The header card applicator completes the packaging line by automatically applying the top cardboard header to the package.
In addition to enhancing the package appearance, the header card is an effective communication tool. It provides extra space for brand identity elements, product information, nutritional values and other content useful to consumers.
